Xi Chi Sigma was founded on February 1, 2003 at University of the Pacific, Stockton. Since its inception, it became the first Social Asian Interest Fraternity to represent the Asian community (30% men and women of Asian heritage) at Pacific and the quickest Greek organization to be recognized by the Greek Council, Multicultural Greek Council and Office of Student Life.
The mission of Xi Chi Sigma is to build a foundation of Brotherhood and friendship by means of respect, trust, commitment, and a sense of duty while stressing cultural awareness, high academic standards, and leadership. We are a unified Brotherhood, devoted to one another, and to the Fraternity. The Brothers of Xi Chi Sigma are proud of their heritage and stress pride in all cultural backgrounds. It is our mission to create leaders upon leaders in hopes to make a statement about our Asian culture. We foster the growth and development of leaders with strong moral character to succeed in society and their own lives.
