[RUSH] 

       Each Fall and Spring semester Xi Chi Sigma holds rush, also known as recruitment week. Rush is where the fraternity hosts a number of events so that you can get to know the brothers and learn more about the fraternity. Not only is rush a great way to learn more about us, but it is also a great way to meet new people and forge new connections. On top of that, you'll be able to engage in a number of fun activities such as bowling, sports, and games. You are not required to join by coming out to rush. Rush is just a way for you to decide if you want to be part of an amazing experience and an amazing family. 

 

[BIDS] 

      If you came out to rush week and showed interest in us you will receive an interview from the fraternity. This interview is just a way for us to get to know you better. Once you pass the interview you will be eligible to receive a bid. A bid is an invitation to begin the pledging process to join the fraternity. When receiving a bid you are not forced to join, but you are offered the opportunity for a great adventure.

 

[PLEDGING]    

       After accepting your bid you will begin the process of joining the fraternity. During pledging you learn about the history and traditions of Xi Chi Sigma. This process will teach you many valuable lessons and guide you in understanding what it means to be part of this fraternity. Through this process, you will forge bonds that become unbreakable and take steps to become the strongest version of yourself.
